At Stop Hunger Now, we actively seek to bolster and recognize the young leaders of tomorrow who are working hard to change their worlds today. Below are several tools and programs aimed at empowering you, your school group or even your entire campus to create the innovative and sustainable solutions necessary to end global hunger.

ALTERNATIVE SERVICE BREAK

Use your spring or fall break to give back at one of our 19 domestic warehouse locations. Learn about hunger and the work of Stop Hunger Now. Provide assistance in the warehouse. Help prepare and facilitate meal packaging events. Receive training to become a Stop Hunger Now Student Ambassador.

MEAL PACKAGING

Host a Stop Hunger Now meal packaging event on campus. You provide the location, tables, volunteers and 29 cents per meal. We provide the equipment, food staples and training for the assembly line process. 50 students can package 10,000 meals in two hours. A high energy, fun service opportunity for any student group or the entire campus!

CLINTON HUNGER LEADERSHIP AWARD

Undergraduate students with a passion to end hunger are invited to apply for the Clinton Hunger Leadership Award. Named in honor of President Bill Clinton for his commitment to humanitarian causes including the eradication of hunger, the cash award recognizes outstanding leadership in the movement to end hunger.

DINNER PARTY IN A BOX

Grab your friends or club members and host a “dinner party in a box”! In return for a $25 donation that furthers global hunger relief, you’ll receive a box that contains one meal bag that serves 6, a collection of insightful hunger facts, dinner conversation topics and questions, and meal recipes from countries we serve.
