The Alliance to End Hunger, a non profit organization, develops innovative partnerships among our members; political commitment among our leaders; and global connections among groups working to end hunger worldwide. The Alliance helps members effectively leverage their efforts to create real change for hungry people and makes the end of hunger a focus for corporate social responsibility.
Americares
AmeriCares is a non-profit emergency response and global health organization. In times of epic disaster or daily struggle, they deliver medical and humanitarian aid to people in need worldwide. Since 1982, AmeriCares work has been characterized by compassion, expertise, quick response, and aid that works for people who need it.
Bread for the World
Bread for the World is a collective Christian voice urging our nation's leaders to end hunger at home and abroad. As a non profit, Bread for the World members write personal letters and emails and meet with our members of Congress. Working through our churches, campuses, and other organizations, we engage more people in advocacy. By changing policies, programs, and conditions that allow hunger and poverty to persist, they provide help and opportunity far beyond the communities where we live.
Feeding America
Feeding America is the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity. Our mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger. United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)
FAO is a specialized agency of the United Nations that leads international efforts to defeat hunger. Serving both developed and developing countries, FAO acts as a neutral forum where all nations meet as equals to negotiate agreements and debate policy. FAO is also a source of knowledge and information, and helps developing countries and countries in transition modernize and improve agriculture, forestry and fisheries practices, ensuring good nutrition and food security for all.
Heart to Heart International
Heart to Heart International has been working to create a healthier world since 1992. Their mission is to improve global health through initiatives that connect people and resources to a world in need. Through their mobilization efforts, they provide medical education, deliver medical aid, respond to people in crisis and address community-health concerns around the globe.
The Hunger Strike
The Hunger Strike exists to bring the love of Jesus Christ to those living in domestic and international poverty through advocacy, community development, short and long-term missionary support, youth programs, pastoral training and disaster relief. The Hunger Strike was founded by the band, Willet, and is an official partner of Christian relief and development organization, Food for the Hungry.
InterAction
InterAction is an alliance organization in Washington, D.C. of U.S.-based international organizations. Their members, more than 180 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), work around the world. What unites them is a commitment to working with the world's poor and vulnerable, and a belief that we can make the world a more peaceful, just and prosperous place – together.
Kids in Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.)
The idea behind K.I.D.S. is simple. One caring response to one child in the crisis of poverty, with a donation of one new piece of clothing, a pair of shoes, a toy or book of their own. It’s about one gift, to one child at a time that builds hope, self-esteem and an opportunity to succeed. Now multiply that by millions and you can see how you can help K.I.D.S. make a difference in the lives of children dealing with poverty everyday.
MAP International
MAP International is a global Christian health organization that since 1954 has partnered with people living in conditions of poverty to save lives and develop healthier families and communities. They respond to the needs of those they serve by providing medicines, preventing disease, and promoting health to create real hope and lasting change.
RESULTS
Nonprofit, grassroots citizen's lobby working to create the political will to end hunger and the worst aspects of poverty. RESULTS can provide an easy guide to empower individuals to exercise their personal and political power for change.
The Rosetta Foundation
Since 2009 when The Rosetta Foundation was formed, they have worked to eradicate the knowledge gap based on linguistic discrimination with the support of friends and colleagues in the translation and localisation industry. The Rosetta Foundation helps to connect language volunteers with mostly non-profit organisations that work with under-served communities. Together with these organisations they aim to create access to language services that were previously unavailable to linguistically marginalised communities.
Society of Saint Andrew
The Society of St. Andrew was formed in 1979 as an intentional community of two families called to life and ministry together. Since 1983, the Society of St. Andrew has salvaged fresh, nutritious produce from American farms - produce that otherwise would be left to rot - and delivered it to agencies across the nation that serve the poor.

Universities Fighting World Hunger (UFWH) creates a learning environment where intellectual discovery and social responsibility converge in pursuit of a sustainable world – a world that protects our natural environment and enhances human health and well-being for present and future generations. The mission is to create an academic hunger model that is suitable for replication or adaptation by universities in the US and abroad. The goal of the model is to encompass hunger awareness and consciousness-raising, fundraising, advocacy and academic initiatives.
United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
USAID is the United States federal government agency primarily responsible for administering civilian foreign aid. President John F. Kennedy created USAID in 1961 by executive order to implement development assistance programs in the areas authorized by the Congress in the Foreign Assistance Act. The Congress updates this authorization through annual funds appropriation acts, and other legislation.
Wine to Water
Wine To Water is a 501(c)(3) non-profit aid organization focused on providing clean water to needy people around the world. They are devoted to fighting this epidemic. Wine symbolizes fortune in our society. Their goal is to give the fortunate population an opportunity to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves.
World Food Programme
WFP is the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger and is the food aid arm of the United Nations system. The core policies and strategies that govern WFP activities are to provide food aid to save lives in refugee and other emergency situations, to improve the nutrition and quality of life of the most vulnerable people at critical times in their lives and to help build assets and promote the self-reliance of poor people and communities, particularly through labour-intensive works programmes.
